My classes are trauma-informed and committed to facilitating an inclusive space for BIPOC, gender-nonconforming folks, those who identify as disabled, and all body sizes.

Bodily autonomy & informed consent are always honored.

 

Private Yoga, Yoga Nidra,

Meditation, and Embodiment

With gentle and restorative yin yoga, breath to movement, and guided meditation we can begin to drop into the body in a way that feels nourishing. We can support our nervous systems with a trauma aware approach, creating a new way to inhabit our bodies.

Session may include elements of sound healing, yoga nidra, essential oils,
and consensual healing touch where applicable.

This session is 60 minutes, and will be tailor made to the needs of the practitioner (you).

Available for one on one, couples, and groups.
